I was manoeuvred into buying a new light, when all i wanted was a spare part if available. For some reason Florys continually focused on finding the original order. It didn’t matter about the original order, all I wanted was a part. After going round in circles clearly the only option for me was to buy the whole thing. Totally unnecessary if a part was available because I had identified what the fault was and was an easy fix. So much for the government’s drive on product repair ability. So unnecessary.

I've looked back through our emails, and I can only see one message from you with some photos, followed by our reply. As we couldn't see any previous correspondence explaining which part you needed, we weren't sure exactly what you were looking for, so we sent you a link to our replacement light units.

Unfortunately, we don't sell individual replacement parts for the solar lights, such as LEDs or internal components. Most retailers don't offer these parts separately either, as the light units are designed to be replaced as a complete unit if they develop a fault.

If you'd replied to let us know exactly which part you were hoping to replace, we would have been happy to explain this and see if there was anything else we could do to help. As we didn't receive a further email, we weren't aware you were looking for a different solution.
