At Flory’s Online we pride ourselves on our fair and friendly customer service. This is why if the item is faulty, we’ll cover the return postage but if not we ask that you cover the postage costs to get your order sent back to us.
You have two options for return depending on what you’d prefer
- Send the item back to us using your preferred service, and we'll issue a full refund upon receipt
- Utilise our Royal Mail easy returns service, with the shipping cost deducted from your refund (£3.00)
