 💡 My light isn't turning on what should I do?
• Make sure the light is switched on
• Place it in direct sunlight to fully charge
Please bear in mind that during winter, solar lights receive much less daylight, so they may not stay lit for as long. As the days get longer in spring, they will charge better and shine for longer again.

 💡 Do you offer custom designs for your solar plaques?
We don’t offer custom designs, but we’re always adding new ones! Let us know what you’re looking for by filling in this form, and we’ll add you to our waiting list. 😊

** Important Notice:
It seems that due to a small manufacturing fault, on a small number of solar lights the on/off switch has been installed the wrong way around. This means that when the switch is flipped to the “on” position, the light is actually off – and when it’s flipped to “off,” it’s actually on.

So if you’ve popped your light outside and it doesn’t seem to be working, please try switching it to the “off” position and giving it a good few hours in direct sunlight — that should do the trick!
