    The white backgrounds allow the designs to really stand out again darker colours. For example: Against a dark fence or dark brick wall.
    We recommend adding the white background for any designs that have wording or intricate details to allow them to stand out.

  • Can the batteries be replaced?
    YES! - You can replace it with a standard AA rechargeable battery. The light unit is also replaceable too if it ever stops completely working!

  • How long will my order take to arrive?
    We send all of our orders out either the same or next working day so your parcel should be within you in 2 - 5 Days or Next Day if it's urgent!

  • How is my dog's name added to the plaque?
    Your dog's name is applied in premium weather proof vinyl to the plaque in house by hand!

  • How many characters can I have?
    You can have a maximum of 10 characters on your plaque!

    The position varies depending on the breed and the space available so make sure to check the example in the product photos for details.

I purchased one for a present for a special birthday last year, it went down so well and looked so good I decided to do the same for a birthday of my sister who lives in the USA. This plaque is so beautiful!

I bought this for Christmas for my parents who recently lost their elderly Border Collie. We have put it up outside the Conservatory and when it lights up its just lovely. The light appears to shine around the Collie.
