Brilliant light but wanted a white background . Comes with a blue backplate but could not remove the blue to show the white without damaging it . No one else could do it either so we have a blue background .

Hi Georgina, this sounds like you might be having trouble with the protective blue plastic cover that cover our white backgrounds just to make sure they’re pristine when they reach you ✨ You should be able to just pull this away to reveal your white background but if not give us a ring on 01562 307 407 and we’ll do our best to talk you through it
